How to Make Shrimp Ceviche

This Cinco De Mayo, since we were under quarantine, we decided to host a Happy Hour Livestream while demonstrating how to make Shrimp Ceviche! Watch the video below.

If you want to make it yourself, here’s what you’ll need!

  • 2 lbs of raw shrimp, preferably size 16/20 or 26/30 (make sure the shrimp is thawed) 🦐
  • 2 Serrano or Jalapenos 🌶
  • 10 Limes 🍈
  • 2 Tomatoes 🍅
  • 1/2 Purple Onion
  • 2 Small Persian Cucumbers 🥒
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro
  • Sea Salt & Pepper 🧂
  • Chile Tepin 🌶 (optional)
  • Tostadas, tortilla chips or salted crackers

***Don’t forget the most important thing… your drink of choice! 🥃🍹🍸🍺
