This Cinco De Mayo, since we were under quarantine, we decided to host a Happy Hour Livestream while demonstrating how to make Shrimp Ceviche! Watch the video below.
If you want to make it yourself, here’s what you’ll need!
- 2 lbs of raw shrimp, preferably size 16/20 or 26/30 (make sure the shrimp is thawed) 🦐
- 2 Serrano or Jalapenos 🌶
- 10 Limes 🍈
- 2 Tomatoes 🍅
- 1/2 Purple Onion
- 2 Small Persian Cucumbers 🥒
- 1 Bunch of Cilantro
- Sea Salt & Pepper 🧂
- Chile Tepin 🌶 (optional)
- Tostadas, tortilla chips or salted crackers
