About the Wine
Eternally Silenced is the second vintage of Pinot Noir produced by the Prisoner Wine Company. The design of this bottle will definitely leave you speechless. The label is definitely on the dark side, but this is not unusual coming from this winery. The label which was designed by the winemaker is amazing to say the least.
Rich and elegant, soft and well-balanced. Aromas of pine needles, cranberry, dark cherry, cedar, clove, and brown spice lead to fresh red berry flavors, an ample structure and seamless tannins.
Sourced: 25% Santa Barbara, 25% Sonoma Coast, 20% Napa Valley, 20% Edna Valley, 10% Monterey
Blend: 95% Pinot Noir, 5% Syrah/Viognier
This smooth and bold Pinot Noir goes well with a wide range of dishes. You may pair if with veil, duck and other game birds, casseroles or stews like beef bourguignon.
