It’s well known that increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables is beneficial for you. The more fruits and vegetables you consume, the greater the benefits! But I can understand that it can be difficult for some people, including myself, to consume the recommended five or more servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Therefore, I choose to drink my veggies. Blending my vegetables into a smoothie is an easy way to get my daily servings in.
