The dry, refreshing, pink wines of Provence may not be complicated or heady, but they are certainly lovely. These brightly flavored, yet pale colored wines are full of crisp acidity with light touches of tart red berries and citrus fruit.
Pink wines have recently become quite trendy. Rosés can come in a variety of colors depending on the grape variety and method of production. The color may range from a pale salmon to a light ruby.
Want to grab some tacos? How about some wine? While there’s nothing wrong with an ice cold beer or a margarita, I have some good news for all my wine lovers. Wine pairs very well with tacos, as long as you know how to pick the right bottle.
Let me be extremely honest, this was the most difficult wine pairing I've done. I tasted a large variety of wines including a German Riesling, a Tempranillo, a Cava, a Rioja, a Grüner Veltliner and even a Sauvignon Blanc till I found the right one.
